Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
