Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7 to 14 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing.
Made-to-order or custom products may require additional processing time. Expected delivery time for such items will be communicated via email or product page.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order via the courier partner’s website.
